Will a laptop fit? The full-size zipper backpack takes a standard 14-inch laptop load. The kids version is sized for school books rather than tech.

Is it water resistant? The polyester shell shrugs off light rain. It is not a dry bag — do not count on it in a downpour.

Can I track the order? Yes. A tracking number is emailed once the order is dispatched — allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to activate it.

What if I order the wrong size? Because each piece is made to order we cannot restock or resell it, so size and design choices are final. That is why it is worth spending a minute on the sizing notes above.
